Akatsuki formation and end goal

    the meaning of Akatsuki is "dawn" or "daybreak". The red cloud mentioned on their cloathes indicates to "clouds which carries blood" to dirictly reflex their aggretion, anger and symbol of justice.

A short note :

Akatsuki was a group of special ninjas who didn't belong to any hidden village. They had different leaders and existed for a long time. Despite being seen as rebels or criminals, their goal was to make the world a better place. They had secret bases all around the world, which were hard to reach and well protected.

Akatsuki was originally created by Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan. They were from Amegakure and wanted to bring peace to their war-torn country. However, the idea of Akatsuki was manipulated by Black Zetsu, who tricked Madara Uchiha into thinking it was his own plan. Black Zetsu had its own agenda to revive its mother. So, while Akatsuki started with good intentions, it was later used for a different purpose by Black Zetsu and Madara Uchiha.

Formation of two members team

Akatsuki members are devided into 5 teams. Each team formed with two members

Nagato and konan.

Nagato and Konan are childhood friends and members of Akatsuki. They get along well, and Nagato is the leader. Konan follows Nagato's instructions even if she disagrees. In Amegakure, Konan acts as a messenger for Nagato, conveying his wishes to the villagers. Nagato's true identity is hidden, and the Deva Path represents him to the rest of the organization.

Black Zetsu and White Zetsu

Black Zetsu and White Zetsu are allies of Tobi and joined Akatsuki before him. They usually merge into one being called Zetsu. They have different tasks like spying, getting rid of evidence, and gathering resources. Although they sometimes argue, it doesn't affect their duties. Zetsu is often the only member of Akatsuki that others meet in person, apart from their partners. Zetsu helps in transporting the jinchūriki, the hosts of the Tailed Beasts, to Akatsuki's hideouts for extracting the Tailed Beasts.

Kisame Hoshigaki and Itachi Uchiha

Kisame and Itachi were partners in Akatsuki. They both had a reputation for killing people from their own countries. Kisame was more inclined towards violence, but he always followed Itachi's orders, even if it meant not being able to kill someone. Kisame felt sad when Itachi died, and when Itachi was brought back to life, he regretted learning about Kisame's death.

Sasuri and Deidara

Deidara is brought into Akatsuki by Itachi to be Sasori's new partner after Orochimaru leaves. Both Deidara and Sasori consider themselves artists, but they have different views on art. Sasori believes art should be everlasting, like a puppet, while Deidara thinks art should be temporary, like an explosion. Deidara respects Sasori's experience but is disappointed when Sasori dies.

Kakuzu and Hidan

Kakuzu, who killed his previous partners in anger, is paired with Hidan, an immortal he can't kill. They hate each other: Hidan finds Kakuzu's love for money disrespectful, and Kakuzu wants to kill Hidan because he wastes his time. Despite this, they are highly effective as a team and known as the "Immortal Combo" or "Zombie Combo." If Hidan gets dismembered, Kakuzu can put him back together, and Kakuzu can attack without worrying about Hidan dying. Shikamaru Nara thinks they are unstoppable as long as they stay together.

Tobi and deidara 

Tobi becomes Deidara's new partner in Akatsuki after Sasori. Tobi often annoys Deidara with his disrespectful behavior or apparent lack of knowledge. Deidara tries to kill Tobi out of frustration but fails to succeed. At the end of his life, Deidara shows a certain fondness for Tobi, instructing him to get to safety before using a powerful technique, apologizing for what he believes will be Tobi's demise.

These are the team formations of akatsuki. they all are strongest in their stage but the fact is you cant decide and casually mention someone is strongest. so thats why i am leaveing that part to you.
